Lifework Leadership of South Florida

The National Christian Foundation of South Florida offers a unique Christian-based leadership development initiative, bringing together Christian businessmen and businesswomen to develop and empower leaders who cross vocational, denominational and racial lines to transform the minds and hearts of their families, companies, churches and communities.

The eight-month program, which runs from October to May, includes monthly half-day seminars featuring national and local speakers, class sessions, workshops, field trips and more. This initiative, with its successful track record of proven results, now has over 390 local alumni, men and women of faith who are trained to serve the community with enhanced wisdom and passion.

The most frequent question we hear Christian business leaders ask is, ‘How do we integrate our Christian faith into the workplace?’ Lifework Leadership addresses this need by investing in the renewal and transformation of leaders, and empowers themto lead their businesses, their families and their communitiesby Godly principles.

Lifework Leadership Fund

You can "Pay it Forward" by making a tax-deductible gift to the Lifework Leadership Fund. This fund is used for supporting the general operating costs of the ministry, scholarship funds, and program development.
